Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorisation is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Misaligned.jp does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalising your purchase. DETAILS AND SHIPPING

Shipping ranges from 3 - 5 weeks after orders have been processed, These are standard postage rates & estimates of International Shipping from Australia, Sydney.

Shipping domestically (Australia wide) ranges for 1 - 2 weeks after orders have been processed.

Please triple check your personal details upon checking out as all sales are final we cannot do much about merchandise that has been sent to the wrong address!

Orders can be subjected to customs fees and or tax within your local country/state. This is your responsibility to handle this.
